Some people have a narrower vaginal canal, others wider. Some have stronger pelvic floor muscles, others weaker. some people have high cervix’s some are lower. These things can change over time due to childbirth, sexual activity, or hormones like prostaglandins (yep, the same ones that relax muscles and cause ‘period poos’).
While we (like most brands) offer guidelines, it might take a little trial and error. If you’re unsure, we recommend starting smaller and sizing up if you experience leaks. We’re always here to help you find your perfect fit.
