Today we launched LU, and honestly, it feels surreal.
Two years ago almost to the day I was pitching at Converge to turn my dream into something tangible. To be here now, launching LU Innovations, feels both ironic and poetic.
It’s been a challenging yet rewarding two-year adventure, and nothing feels more surreal than seeing our first order placed by someone we’ve never met. Knowing that a complete stranger believes in what we’ve created fills us with immense pride and excitement. I won’t let our customers down.
Thank you to everyone who believed in and supported this journey—from my close-knit circle of friends and family, to our dedicated team and overlooking advisors. Without you, this day wouldn’t be possible and our mission to make periods in the wild an adventure, not an obstacle.
Here’s to the future, where no adventurer will be held back. Where every adventure has access to menstrual health products, where Scouts don’t think twice about their period before agreeing to an overnight trip, and where military personnel are given LU products as standard kit. The journey continues, and I can’t wait to share the next chapter with you all.
